Placement Firm

We are a placement firm based right here in Pune. Since we do not have a specific street address listed for our main public profile, we tend to meet people all over the city. Pune is a big place for jobs, so there is always someone looking for work and some company looking for staff. We spend a lot of our time looking at resumes and talking to people about what they want to do. It is a lot of coordinating between different sides. We do not have a big, fancy headquarters with glass walls. It is more about the phone calls and the emails for us. We have been doing this for a while and we know the local job market pretty well. It can be a bit hectic sometimes when a lot of people are looking at once. We just try to keep things organized. It is a simple business. We listen to what someone needs and try to find a match. Sometimes it works out quickly, and other times it takes a bit of searching. We are not a huge agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us working through the lists every day. We like being in Pune because there is always something happening. We just go about our work in a quiet way. There is not any secret to it, just a lot of talking and checking details. We hope to keep doing this as long as there are jobs to fill.
