Placement Firm

Placement Firm is run out of Flat 404 in the F Wing of Laxmi Nagar. It’s over in Dhanori, which is a part of Pune that has seen a lot of change lately. We are located at C O Subhash Puhan’s place. It’s a quiet residential area mostly, so it doesn't feel like those big shiny glass buildings you see in the city center. We prefer it this way because it feels more personal. People come up to the flat and we sit down to talk about what kind of work they are looking for. Pune 15 is our home base and we know the local market here quite well. Some days are very quiet and we just organize our records. Other days, the phone won’t stop ringing because a new site is hiring. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or just seeing the address. We handle different kinds of roles, nothing too specific, just whatever comes our way. It’s a practical way to run a business. We see all kinds of people, from students to older workers. Everyone is just looking for a fair chance. We do our best to stay organized in this small space. It might be a bit cramped with all the files, but we know where everything is. That's just the way it goes here in Dhanori. We keep the doors open most of the day and try to give people the time they need to explain what they can do.
