Placement Company is currently operating out of Mr. N.B. Thorve’s place here in Pune. We’re located in the 411 052 zip code area of Maharashtra. It’s a straightforward setup, really. We don’t have a massive building with our name in big letters on the roof. Instead, we work from this local spot, keeping things simple and direct. Most of our day is spent looking through files and talking to people who are searching for work. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure we haven't missed any details. Since we're in a more residential-feeling setup, it doesn't feel like those stiff offices you see downtown. We just have our desks and phones and what we need to get through the pile of work. Pune is a busy city, but our little corner is relatively calm. Mr. Thorve has been helpful in giving us a base to work from. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with fancy lobby furniture or coffee machines. We just want to help people find where they need to go. It’s practical work. Sometimes the days get long, especially when there are a lot of people to get back to and not enough hours in the day. We just take it one task at a time. It’s a local business through and through. We know the area well and we’re just part of the everyday life here in this part of India. It’s not flashy, but it’s what we do and it’s how we help out.
