Placement Agency & Training Centre

Our office is G-3 in the Mayura Apartment building over in Ram-Baug Colony. Kothrud is a lively part of Pune to be in, and being in a residential-style apartment keeps things feeling more personal. Placement Agency & Training Centre is what we do, but to us, it’s just our daily work helping people get ready for jobs. We’ve got some rooms set up for training and a small area where we do the placement work. It isn't a massive center with hundreds of employees, just a handful of us who care about getting the details right. Sometimes the apartment gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of students or job seekers in at once. We usually have some tea going and the fans are always humming. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just tell people what they need to learn and where the jobs are. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. Most people find us because they live in Kothrud or their cousins told them about us. We’ve been in Mayura Appt for years now, and the security guard at the gate knows us well. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we enjoy seeing people move on to better things after they spend some time with us. It keeps us motivated to come in every morning. We might not have the newest furniture, but the atmosphere here is always pretty friendly.
