You can find our office at Salunke Vihar Complex, specifically at J 18 in the Awchs section. It’s on Salunke Vihar Road in the Kondhwa area of Pune. The complex is quite large, so people sometimes get a bit turned around looking for the right block. We’ve been helping people find jobs from this little office for a good while now. It’s not a fancy corporate suite. It’s just a room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We talk to people all day, trying to see where they might fit in a new role. Some days it’s quiet and we just sort through files, other days the phone won’t stop ringing. Pune is a city that’s always growing, so there’s always someone looking for a change. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the local market. We don't do big presentations or use complicated talk. We just listen to what someone needs and see if we have anything that matches. The road outside can get a bit congested, especially during peak hours. If you’re coming to see us, give yourself some extra time for the traffic. We usually have the window open if the weather is nice, though the dust can be a bit much. It’s a simple, honest place where we just try to be helpful to the folks in our community. Sometimes we share lunch and talk about how much the neighborhood has changed.
