You can find us at Shop Number 1 on the ground floor of Plot Number 100 in Jijamata Market. We’re right by Ksb Chowk in the Shahu Nagar area of Chinchwad. It’s a small shop, but we stay busy. We focus on job placements and helping people find work. It’s mostly locals who stop in looking for something new or a better way to earn a living. We have a couple of computers and a lot of lists. The market is always loud, so there is plenty of energy around. We don't have a big human resources department or anything. It’s just us talking to people and seeing where they might fit. We’ve been here for a while and the shop has become a bit of a landmark for folks looking for employment. We don't make big promises about careers; we just try to find something that pays and fits what they can do. The office is a bit cluttered with papers, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical little spot. We aren't trying to be a huge agency. We just like helping people from the neighborhood find their next step. Sometimes we have a long line outside in the mornings. We just take it one person at a time and do our best to listen. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the community here.
