We are located right on Jangali Maharaj Road, which is one of the busiest spots in Pune. You can find us on the 2nd floor of the Butte Patil Chambers. It’s actually directly opposite Sambhaji Park, so we have a nice view of the trees if we look out the window at the right time. Being in the 411004 area means there is always something going on outside. The traffic on JM Road is pretty constant, but it keeps us on our toes. We have been working out of this office for a good bit now. It’s a simple space where we sit and figure out architectural plans. No fancy lobby or polished receptionists here. Just us and our drafting tables. We like being centrally located because it’s easy for people to reach us from any part of the city. We often take a walk over to the park when we need a break from the drawings. It's a practical setup. We handle a variety of projects and the work keeps us busy from morning till evening. Most of the time, the office is full of rolled-up papers and coffee mugs. It’s an honest way to work. We don't try to sound like a big multinational firm because we aren't one. We are just local architects trying to do a solid job in our corner of Pune and staying busy with our daily tasks.
