Down in Loha, at Pimparanvadi, you will find our little operation. We use Narba Dioltrao Jadhav’s place at House Number 12 to keep everything organized. Pimpranwadi Farmer Producer Company Limited isn't a big name you’d see on a billboard, it’s just us. We are a group of neighbors who decided that we should stop trying to do everything separately. Farming is hard enough as it is without having to worry about every little detail on your own. We spend our time figuring out which seeds are working and how we can get a better price when it’s time to sell. It is mostly just sitting around a table and talking through the problems we all have. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. If someone needs something, they just walk over and ask. We have been part of this community for a long time and we know how things work here. Some years the crops are great and other years we just try to get through to the next one. That’s the reality of it. We are just trying to make things a little more predictable for the farmers in our village. It’s about being practical and looking out for one another. Nothing more and nothing less. You can usually find one of us near the house if the sun is down, otherwise, we are probably out in the fields.
