Phonic Agriculture Farm Private Limited is located over in Balajinagar, which is part of Pune City. Our office is in the Bhandari building, right near the Hotel Rajbaug. It is a busy area, but our focus is always back on the agricultural side of things. Pune has grown a lot, but there is still plenty of farming work to be done around the edges. We started this company to handle the business side of farming more professionally. It is a private limited setup, but we are still just regular people who know a lot about plants and land. We do not have any slick sales pitches. We just work on our farm projects and make sure the logistics are handled. The building we are in is easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the city and the rural areas where the actual growing happens. It is a mix of urban office work and muddy boots. We try to keep our operations simple so we do not get overwhelmed by all the city noise. The team is small, and we mostly focus on the day-to-day tasks like checking on supplies and talking to our partners. We are not looking to change the world; we just want to run a decent business that pays the bills and keeps the farm going. It is hard work, but we enjoy being part of the Pune community.
