Phoenix Unisex Salon

Phoenix Unisex Salon is over here at Shop 14 in Pimple Saudagar. We are right next to the Govind Garden Road, which gets pretty busy in the evenings. Most people know us because we are just opposite the Palm Breeze Society. It’s a handy spot if you live around here and need a quick trim or something. We have been here for a while now. The shop isn’t huge, but we have enough chairs for everyone. Men come in for their usual fades and women come for threading or hair color. It’s just a normal place where we try to keep things tidy. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but it keeps us going through the day. We see a lot of the same faces every month. It’s nice when people recognize you on the street. We don’t do anything fancy with decorations, just the basic stuff you need for a haircut. The mirrors are big and we keep the floors swept as much as we can between customers. Usually, Saturday is our craziest day because everyone wants to look good for the weekend. We just open up in the morning and stay until the last person is done. If you are walking past the garden road, you’ll probably see us. We’ve got a small bench outside where people wait if it’s full. It’s a simple life running a shop in this part of Pune.
