Sparkle Beauty Salon

We’ve been here at Dwarkadhish row house 36 for a while now. It’s right near Shivar Garden Chowk in Pimple Saudagar. Mostly, people from the neighborhood come by when they need their hair done or maybe some threading. It’s a small place, nothing too fancy. My sister and I usually handle everything ourselves. Sometimes it gets busy on weekends, especially during wedding season around Pune. We just try to keep things clean and make sure nobody is waiting too long in the chairs. The mirrors are a bit old but they work fine for what we do. We started this because we liked doing makeup for our friends when we were younger. Now it’s just our daily work. You can find us easily if you know where the main chowk is. We keep some old magazines on the table for when there is a wait. Usually, the fan is running at full speed because it gets quite hot in the afternoons. It isn't a huge salon like the ones in the malls, but we know most of our customers by their names. People come in, chat a bit about their day, and get their work done. We use the standard products you find in most shops around here. If you are walking past the row houses, you will see our sign hanging out front. It's just a regular spot for local ladies to get ready. We don't have a website or anything like that, just this physical shop. Sometimes the neighborhood kids run past and make noise, but it's okay.
