Phoenix Engineers

Phoenix Engineers is based out in the Bhosari Industrial Estate on Nikol Gham Road E/1. Since we are in an industrial zone, our daily life involves a lot of noise from the nearby factories and the smell of grease and metal. It’s a rugged environment, but it suits us just fine. We do a mix of engineering work and IT stuff that helps factories keep their machines running correctly. Our office is basically a workshop with some computers tucked into the corners. You won’t find anyone in suits here; we’re usually in practical clothes because we’re often crawling under desks or looking at hardware in dusty corners. We’ve been in Bhosari for quite a while and we know most of the other workshop owners on this road. We help each other out when someone needs a tool or has a technical problem they can't solve. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do a solid job and keep the machines moving. Some days the heat in the industrial area is a bit much, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. It’s honest work and we like the feeling of actually building or fixing things with our own hands. It's a busy, gritty place but it feels right to us.
