Phantisia Designer And Planners is based in Mukund Nagar, right in Flat No. 201 of the Dwarka Apartment. Our office is across from Aruna Asif Ali Park and quite close to Zambre Palace, so it’s a well-known spot in this part of Pune. Being in an apartment means it is not a typical glass-and-steel commercial space. It feels more like a home that has been converted into a working area. We have desks set up in the main room, and the balcony often has rolls of plans or our lunch boxes sitting on it. It is a busy environment. We are usually sketching something out or checking maps on our computers. Having a view of the park across the road is a nice bonus when we need a break from looking at the screens. Mukund Nagar is a decent area, central enough but still having some quiet times during the day. We do not have a receptionist or any fancy waiting room. If you stop by, you will likely see us focused on our work. We rely on a lot of coffee to keep us going through the long afternoons. The building itself is a bit older, so the elevator is sometimes a little unreliable. We have been at this address for a good number of years and we know the other people in Dwarka Apartment well. It is a very straightforward way of working. We just focus on the design plans and try to keep everything on schedule.
