We’ve got our office at B-211 on the first floor of the Megacenter. It’s right on the Pune-Solapur Road in Hadapsar. Perfecto Quality Management Services is the name on the door. We spend a lot of time looking at standards and checking processes for other companies. It’s a lot of reading and writing, to be honest. The Megacenter is a big place, so sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find our unit. It’s a standard office setup with a couple of computers and a lot of files. We aren’t the type to have a big fancy lobby. We just focus on the work we have for the day. Most of our clients come to us because they need help with their certifications or making their systems better. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes. The road outside is always loud with all the trucks and cars going towards Solapur. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s a practical location for us. We aren't doing any big sales pitches. We just sit down with people and go through the details of their business. It’s about being thorough more than anything else. Some days the coffee machine is the most important thing in the room. We just keep plugging away at the paperwork and the audits until they’re done.
