We’re over at the Pioneer Complex in Baramati. Most people know the spot because it’s right on the old post road. Peral Garments And Export Private Limited is tucked away in Gala No. Pioneer Complex, specifically at Sudhir Dhanjay Sarode’s place. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the fabric and boxes, but we’ve made it our own. We spend a lot of time dealing with garments and making sure the export side of things stays on track. It’s a lot of manual work, checking seams and packing bags. The office isn’t much for show, but it’s where everything happens. We have been in Baramati for a while and the routine is pretty set by now. Usually, the day starts with a tea and a quick look at the orders. Then it’s straight into it. Some days the old post road gets quite crowded, which can make things interesting when we’re trying to move stock. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the machines, and the crates. We focus on getting the garments ready and sent off without too much fuss. It feels good to be part of the local business community here. Everyone knows everyone, and that makes the work feel more personal. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can every day. We aren't trying to be fancy, just trying to keep the business going.
