Peoplefy

Peoplefy is based in Pune, Maharashtra. We’re located at 316/6, care of Utkarsh Gandhi, in the Amruta Society. It’s a local spot where we’ve set up our operations to handle recruitment and staffing needs. Being in a society like Amruta means we’re part of a community, and our office reflects that. It’s a modest space, not some high-rise office building with glass elevators. We spend our days going through resumes, talking to clients, and trying to make sense of the job market. It can be a bit over-whelming sometimes with the number of emails we get, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to impress people with big corporate talk. We’re just a group of people working hard to help others find their footing in their careers. The office is often filled with the sound of typing and people chatting on their headsets. We’ve got a good rhythm going here. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we appreciate the people who trust us to help them. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job well from our little corner of Pune. It’s a busy life but we enjoy the challenge of it all. We have our small desk setups and a few chairs for when people come to visit. It’s simple, it’s homey, and it works for us without needing to be flashy.
