We are based out of Pune, on the Vishrantwadi Alandi Road. This is a very busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic going towards Alandi. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle recruitment and other people-related services. We have been here for some time and have seen how much Pune has changed. The office itself is not very fancy. We have some desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It is a working office, not a showroom. We spend most of our day on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for new opportunities. The noise from the road outside is a constant companion, but we have gotten used to it. We do not have a big team or a lot of layers of management. If you call us, you will probably talk to one of the same three or four people every time. We do not like to use complicated corporate speak. We just tell people what is available and see if they are interested. It is a practical business that relies on being honest with both the companies and the workers. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea and lunch. It is a very humble setup, but it gets the job done. We enjoy being in Vishrantwadi because it feels like a real, working part of the city. We just keep our heads down and work.
