Pearl Travels

Pearl Travels is based out of Suvidha Society on Aundh Road, right behind the Botanical Garden in Pune. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main road traffic. Our office is in C 6 and it’s mostly just a place where we keep the keys and the logbooks for the vehicles we manage. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure they know where they are going for the next pickup. The Botanical Garden nearby is a good landmark, so we usually tell people to look for that when they are lost. We have a small team here, and most of us have been living in the Aundh area for years. The mornings are always the craziest because that is when most of the trips start for our clients. We have to make sure the cars are clean and the fuel tanks are full before they leave. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of logistics and hoping the traffic on the way to the airport isn't too bad. We sit at these old wooden desks and drink a lot of chai while we wait for the drivers to check in. Sometimes a client will drop by to pay for a booking or ask about a route, but mostly it is all done over the phone. We don't have a website with fancy photos, just a real office with people working.
