We are located in Sahaniwar Peth, specifically in the DSK Chintamani building. Our office is in the C-2 wing, on the third floor at Flat No. 3. We are care of Kamala Sarda at this location. P.D.Kudva &Co. ,[C.A. Firm] is a quiet little spot in a fairly busy residential and commercial complex. Sahaniwar Peth is a well-known area in Pune, and being in DSK Chintamani makes it a bit easier for people to locate us. The office is basically a converted flat, so it feels very personal and not at all like a big, sterile corporate building. Our team uses a few rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. The address is C/o Kamala Sarda, C-2 wing, Flat No.3, DSK Chintamani, Sahaniwar Peth, Pune. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is being slow, but it’s a good space once you get inside. We have a lot of books and records around because that is the nature of the work. Most of the time it is just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We like the neighborhood because it’s central and has a lot of history. It’s a very simple, honest way to run a firm. We don't have any fancy signs out front, just the name on the door and a lot of work to get through every day. The flat is always full of documents and the smell of old paper.
