We've been at 203 Akshay Residency for a while now. It's right on Sinhgad Road in the Anandnagar area of Pune. People around here know the building well. It's a busy spot but we like it. The office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we get things done. We started this because we saw a gap in what was being offered locally. Some days it gets noisy with the traffic outside but that's just part of being in this part of town. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad. We handle a lot of the day-to-day paperwork and meetings here. It's mostly just us trying to keep things organized. If you're coming over, parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours so keep that in mind. We’ve had some good years here in Pune. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. Our team is small, just a few people who have been working together for a long time. We know the neighborhood, we know how things work in this part of the city. We just show up every morning and do the work that needs doing. It’s a straightforward setup. Nothing too complicated or corporate. Just a local Pune office trying to stay on top of things. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the street when the afternoon slump hits. It helps us power through the rest of the day's tasks and keeps us going until it's time to head home.
