Our office is at 536 Mhada Colony, right by Jijamata Chowk in Talegaon Dabhade. It’s a bit further out from the main city of Pune, which we actually prefer because it's a bit more relaxed. Paysquare Cunsultancy Ltd is a small business, and we like the community feel of Talegaon. We mostly spend our days dealing with payroll and helping local businesses stay on top of their administration. The office is simple, just like the neighborhood. We have everything we need to do our work without any unnecessary extras or fancy gadgets. Being near Jijamata Chowk means there’s usually some activity outside, but inside we keep it pretty quiet so we can concentrate on the numbers. We aren't trying to sell anyone on big dreams or corporate visions. We just provide a practical service that local shops and small companies need. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we just work through it piece by piece until it's done. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in the area for a long time. We know the local market and the people. We don't have a corporate handbook or a bunch of rules about how to talk to clients. We just talk like normal people. It’s a modest setup, and we’re happy with that. We plan on staying here at Mhada Colony for the foreseeable future, just doing what we do and helping our neighbors with their records. We enjoy the pace of life here in Talegaon.
