Pawor Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Nimabai Ishwardas Bisen’s house, right behind the SBI Colony in Ganesh Nagar. It’s a bit of a mix of being near the town but still having our roots in the ground. We are a small group, mostly family and close friends from around here. We aren't professional businessmen or anything. We are just farmers who realized that if we don't look out for each other, nobody else will. The office is basically just a room with some chairs and a lot of registers. We spend most of our time out where the actual work happens. It’s noisy, dusty, and there is always something that needs to be hauled around. We don't talk like people in suits. We use simple words and worry about simple things like the cost of diesel or the quality of the seeds we bought. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or the weather turns bad, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't promising anything big. We just want to keep farming and maybe make things a little easier for the folks in Ganesh Nagar who work the land. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. It keeps us busy and it keeps us together.
