Pawana Sanskruti Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group, Pawana Sanskruti, is based right out of House Number 86. We are near the Gavthan area in Yelase, just by Pawananagar. It is a local operation through and through. We started this because we wanted to keep our farming traditions alive while actually making some money. The name "Pawana Sanskruti" means something to us, even if it is just a label on a government paper. We work out of a regular house, so do not go looking for a big warehouse with a sign. Usually, you will find some of us sitting on the porch talking about the market rates or the latest rains. We help the farmers in the Yelase area get their produce together so we have more power when we sell it. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things do not go as planned. Trucks arrive late, or the rain ruins a batch, but we just keep going. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well. It is a simple life, focused on the soil and the community here. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the families in Pawananagar can keep farming for another generation. If you are ever near the post office or the Gavthan, you can probably spot where we hang out. Just real people doing what we have always done for years now.
