If you know Chinchwadagaon, you probably know the Avanoor Circle area. That’s where we are located. It’s a lively spot with a lot of movement. Pawan M Shetty & Co has been operating from here, and it feels like we are part of the neighborhood fabric now. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the work happens. Being a CA firm means dealing with a lot of paperwork. Some days it feels like the paper is winning, but we manage. We handle taxes, accounting, and all those things that people usually find boring or stressful. It’s just daily life for us. We see a lot of small shop owners and people from the surrounding area. Usually, the conversation starts with the weather or the traffic at the circle before we get into the actual numbers. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work and people seem to find us. The desks are a bit cluttered, and we always have files waiting to be sorted. It’s a practical space. We don't bother with fancy decor because that's not why people come here. They come because they have a problem with their accounts or a form they can't figure out. We just sit down, look at the papers, and try to get it sorted out.
