Patilba Farmer Producer Company Limited

We started Patilba Farmer Producer Company Limited here in Gharegaon Abad because we needed to work together as farmers. Most of us are just neighbors in the Aurangabad area who deal with the same crops and the same weather every year. It isn't easy to get everything right on your own. We figured if we pooled our resources, things might go a bit smoother for the families around here. Our office is right in the village. Sometimes we just sit and talk about what seeds are working or where we can find a better price for the harvest. It's mostly about the practical side of farming life. We aren't trying to be some big corporate office with fancy furniture. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields actually pays off at the end of the day. There are plenty of challenges with the land, but having a group makes it feel less heavy. We mostly focus on what the local guys need right now. If someone has a question about a machine or a bag of fertilizer, they just come by. We've been here in 431120 for a while now, just doing the daily work. It is simple stuff, really. We keep the books, talk to the markets, and try to keep things moving. It's not fancy, just a few of us trying to get by and keep the farms going for the next generation of our families.
