We are located in Dhankawadi, in the Atri building, Flat No 8. It’s in Raghav Nagar, which is very close to the Bharati Vidyapeeth area. Because of the college nearby, the streets are always full of students and bikes. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a working space. It feels more like a home than a company sometimes. Pathfinder Management Consulting is the name on the door, but inside it’s just us sitting around desks and talking through business problems. We don't have a fancy reception or a big sign outside. We like it this way because it’s quiet and we can actually get work done. We do consulting, which means people come to us when they aren't sure what to do next with their business. We don't have all the answers, but we’ve seen enough to give some decent advice. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes we get distracted by the noise from the street below. It’s a simple life. We don't use big words to sound smart. We just look at the numbers and the facts and tell it like it is. Most of our clients come through word of mouth because we’ve been in this building for quite some time. It’s a practical way to work and it suits us just fine in this part of Pune. We just take things one day at a time.
