Pathfinder Consulting

Pathfinder Consulting is located at 3/11 Gokhale Nagar here in Pune. It’s a simple setup, nothing too grand. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now. Gokhale Nagar is a central enough spot, so it’s easy for us to get around the city when we need to. Our office is pretty functional. We have the usual desks, some shelves full of folders that we really should organize better, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use throughout the day. We do consulting work, which mostly means we spend our days talking to people and trying to solve problems they bring to us. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just listen and then see what we can do to help out. It's a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to drafting documents. Sometimes the street outside gets noisy with traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. Most of our clients come to us because someone else told them we do okay work. We like that word-of-mouth way of doing things. It feels more honest. We just show up every morning, do the best we can with the tasks on our desks, and head home when the work is finally done.
