Pathfinder Consulting Pvt Ltd is based in Viman Nagar, Pune. It’s a lively part of town, especially with the airport being so close. You can hear the planes sometimes, which is just something we’ve grown accustomed to. The office is a decent space, enough for our team to sit and work without bumping into each other too much. We do consulting work, which means a lot of emails and phone conversations throughout the day. It’s not the kind of place with a ping-pong table or bean bags. We have chairs, desks, and computers. We focus on the work that needs finishing before the weekend hits. Viman Nagar has changed a lot over the years, getting more crowded and modern, but our office feels pretty grounded. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area or go out if the weather is decent. It’s a professional environment but we don't wear suits or act like we are in a movie. It’s just regular people working. Sometimes the traffic on the way here is a nightmare, but that is Pune for you. We try to stay productive despite the distractions. There isn't any big secret to how we operate. We just take the projects as they come and try to do an honest job. It is a plain office in a busy suburb, and we are fine with that. It works for us and keep our heads down to get the job done right.
