We are located in Pune, specifically at the Equity Tower on Sanghvi Nagar Road in Aundh. If you’re looking for Patel Knr Jv, that’s where you’ll find the office. The traffic on the road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, but once you get inside the tower, it’s a bit more peaceful. We don’t have a massive team or anything. It’s just a group of us trying to stay organized and keep up with the projects we’ve taken on. Sometimes it feels like we are surrounded by students and other businesses, which keeps the energy high around the building. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy brochures. We just open up in the morning, check what’s on the calendar, and try to get through it without too many headaches. The office has a good view of the street, so we spend a lot of time watching the city go by while we’re on the phone or typing. It’s a decent place to be based out of. Aundh is a busy part of town, so there is always somewhere to grab a quick bite. We’re just local people doing our bit and making sure the files are in order for Rabish and the rest of the crew.
