Our workshop is located at Plot No 07 in the Amit Housing area, specifically on Lane No 6 of Dahanukar Colony in Kothrud. It’s a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the lane number first. We’ve been doing refrigeration work here for quite a while now. Parveen Refrigeration is the name on the board, but inside it’s just a normal workshop. It can get pretty messy with all the tools, spare parts, and metal pieces lying around. We aren't a big, polished company with a fancy showroom. It’s mostly hard work and grease here. We spend our days fixing machines and putting things back together. It’s often noisy because of the tools we use, but that’s just how it is. We don’t have a waiting room with magazines or anything like that. Most people just come to the door and talk to us directly about what they need. We’ve been in Kothrud for many years and have seen the neighborhood grow a lot. We have a small, dedicated crew who know their way around a machine. We don’t use any marketing speak or big words. We just tell you what’s wrong and try to fix it. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find the right part, but we get there. We usually get our tea from the stall at the corner. It’s a simple, regular business life for us.
