You can find us at Office No. 9 in Patil Plaza. We are right by Mitramandal Chowk in the Parvati area. It is a busy spot, especially during the mango season. That is when things really get crazy for us here at Radhey Mango and Cold Chain. We deal with keeping fruit fresh, which is a lot harder than it sounds. You have to watch the temperature every hour. If the power goes out, we all start sweating, and not just because of the heat. The office is small, just enough room for the phones and some paperwork. Most of the real action happens where the cold storage is. We have been in Parvati for a good while now, and we know most of the vendors around Mitramandal Chowk. It is a community. When the mangoes start coming in, the whole place smells amazing. We do not try to be anything we are not. We are just here to make sure the fruit stays good for as long as possible. Sometimes we stay late into the night checking on things. It is not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We get a lot of people coming in asking for the best batch, and we just tell them what is ready. No sales talk, just the truth about the fruit. It is a decent way to make a living and we enjoy the daily bustle of Patil Plaza.
