Our workshop is located at Plot No. 58/59/3 in the Sant Dnyaneshwar Industrial Estate. Being in the D-II Block of MIDC in Chinchwad means we are surrounded by other shops and factories. It’s a noisy, busy place, which is exactly how it usually is. We spend our time fixing machines, working on tools, and providing various services to the local industries here in Pune. Our hands are almost always covered in grease, and the floor usually has some metal shavings on it by noon. We’ve been here in Maharashtra for a long time, and we've seen all kinds of mechanical problems come through the door. We don't have a polished office for meetings; we usually just talk to people right there on the shop floor where the work is happening. It’s a lot of manual labor and figuring out why a specific part isn't moving the way it should. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated explanations. We just look at the machine, take it apart if we have to, and get it running again. The estate can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we’re a steady presence on our plot. We just focus on doing the job right and not making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we’ve got a good team here that knows their stuff.
