We are Paramashakti Agro Shetkari Producer Company Limited. Our home base is at Bhausaheb Bhagaji Divate’s place in Pimpalgaon Peth. That’s in the Sillod area of Aurangabad. We are a shetkari company, which just means a farmers' company. It started because a few of us in the village wanted to organize better. We focus on agricultural products from this region. There are no fancy offices or corporate vibes here. We just meet at Bhausaheb’s house and talk about the seeds, the fertilizer, and how we are going to sell the next batch of crops. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We all know each other and we all work the soil. The address in Pimpalgaon Peth is where we keep all the registration papers and the records of who brought what. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the farmers get a decent deal. It’s hard to make a living in agriculture these days, so we have to stick together. Sometimes we spend hours just debating what to plant next season. It’s a real community thing. We are just ordinary people trying to keep our farms going and looking after our families. That's really all there is to it. We just do the work day in and day out. There is always more to learn about the land and we do it together. It’s been a good journey so far for all of us here.
