Paradigm Corporate Training Centre

Our place is B1 11 in the Raagdari building on D P Road. We are in the 411 007 pin code area of Pune, which is usually quite busy with traffic and people going to work. At Paradigm Corporate Training Centre, we spend our days setting up for different groups. It’s a lot of moving chairs and checking the projectors to make sure they actually turn on when they should. We have been in this spot in Maharashtra for a while. The room gets a lot of light in the afternoon which is nice, though sometimes we have to pull the curtains to see the screens. We don't have a big corporate feel here; it’s more like a local spot where people come to learn something new. We make a lot of tea and coffee for the visitors during the breaks. The D P Road area has some good places to eat nearby, so lunch is always a highlight for everyone. We just focus on keeping the training rooms clean and the schedules on time. It is straightforward work. Sometimes the building elevator is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We don't bother with fancy mission statements. We just show up, open the doors, and get the sessions started for whoever is booked in for the day. It’s a lot of organizing but we like it.
