People often get confused because our name says Pune, but Pankaj R Mandhane Co is actually situated in Aurangabad. Our place is at Pn 329 E in the CIDCO N 1 area. Aurangabad is a bit slower than Pune, which suits us just fine. We have been operating out of this CIDCO neighborhood for a long time. It is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels very grounded. The office is just a simple setup where we handle all our paperwork and client meetings. We don't have a big marketing budget or a flashy website. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have known us for years. The street outside Pn 329 E can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, and the neighbors are always around chatting. It feels like a real community here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just want to do right by the people who hire us and keep our reputation solid.
