Pandhragav Milk Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at House Number 40 in Dhamnand, which is in Taluka Khed. We are mostly focused on the dairy side of things because that’s what we know best around here. The office is right there at the house in the village. Since we deal with milk, our days start very early, way before the sun is even up. You can hear the cans rattling and the cows moving in the sheds nearby. The office is a simple place with a table and some chairs where the farmers come to record their daily collections. It smells like the countryside and fresh milk most of the time. We don't have any polished floors or air conditioning. It’s just a functional space for us to manage the cooperative. Dhamnand is a good place for this kind of work because the grazing is decent. We spend our time making sure the milk is collected on time and that everyone gets their fair share of the earnings. It’s a lot of paperwork for a bunch of people who would rather be outside, but it has to be done. We keep it straightforward and don't use any fancy language. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea at the house. It’s a community thing more than anything else, just people in Khed working together.
