Panchtatva Career Academy

We are located at Siddhi Terrace on the first floor, in flat number S-4. It is right on the Pune Satara Road in Dhankawadi, just across from the State Bank of India. Most people in the neighborhood know the bank, so we are easy to find. Panchtatva Career Academy is basically just a few rooms where we help people with their career goals and exams. It is a busy area, and the noise from the traffic outside comes in sometimes, but we are used to it by now. The office is simple with desks, some chairs, and plenty of books piled up. We spend most of our days talking to students and their parents. The stairs leading up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We started this place because we saw a lot of kids in this part of Pune needing some extra help after their regular classes. It is not a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just us working here every day. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things organized, even when it gets a bit hectic in the evenings. We know most of the students by their names, and it feels more like a local community spot than a school. We are usually here until late evening finishing up work. It is a plain, functional space where we just focus on getting things done.
