Pan Ads

Pan Ads is tucked away at 52 Narayan Peth. If you know Pune, you know that Narayan Peth is full of narrow lanes and old buildings. Our place is right in the middle of all that. It’s not a fancy glass office. It’s an old-school spot with high ceilings and a lot of history. We have been here for a long time. The office is usually a bit cluttered with posters and printouts. We don't really have a cleaning crew that comes in every night, so sometimes there is a bit of dust on the shelves. We like the local feel of the Peth. You can hear the bells from the temple nearby and the sounds of the market. It’s a real place. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people don't miss the door. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on various things. We don't have a HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over some tea. It's a simple way to run a business. We see a lot of the same people every day. They drop by just to say hello or to ask a quick question. We don't use any corporate jargon. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s worked for us so far. We keep the lights on late sometimes when there is a lot to finish. The neighborhood is quiet then, which is a nice change from the daytime rush.
