Padmanayaka Farmers Producer Companylimited is based in Kinwat, which is part of the Nanded district. We use the home of Shri Ganganna Ranganna as our main location. We are a group of farmers who have lived and worked in this area for generations. There is no corporate headquarters here, just a regular house where we can meet and talk business. We started this company because it was getting harder and harder to get by as individual farmers. Everything is more expensive now, and the prices we get for our crops do not always cover the costs. By coming together, we can help each other out with things like buying supplies and finding better markets. We do not have any fancy slogans or a mission statement. We just have a lot of practical experience and a desire to keep our farms running. We meet at Ganganna’s place and discuss the issues we are all facing, like the pests or the lack of water. It is a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We are just simple people from Kinwat who know the land. We are not trying to be something we are not. We are just a local producer company made up of real people who care about their work and their neighbors. It is tough work, but doing it together makes it a little bit easier.
