You can find us in Pune, over at B 601 in the S3 building. It is one of those spots that feels like a regular neighborhood until you get inside and see all the desks and computers. We work on HR stuff, which means a lot of resumes, phone calls, and talking to people looking for jobs. It is a busy place because there is always someone needing to hire or someone looking for a new start. The office isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. We spend most of our time looking through applications and trying to figure out who fits where. Pune is a big city for this kind of work, so there is never really a dull moment. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with folders and files, but we try to keep it organized enough so we can find things when a client calls. We don’t have a big receptionist desk or anything. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s a simple operation where we focus on the task at hand without a lot of extra fluff. Most days involve a lot of typing and drinking too much coffee to stay alert. We’ve been in this Pune location for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building and the people coming and going for their interviews.
