You can find us over at P No 104 in Tingre Nagar. It’s not the easiest place to park sometimes, but we’ve been here for a while now. We deal with agro foods, mostly processing what comes in from the local areas around Pune. It started because a few of us wanted to do something that wasn’t just a regular office job. My cousin helps out with the accounts, though he’s usually late in the mornings. We spend a lot of time just sorting through stuff and making sure things aren't rotting. The building is okay, nothing special, but it gets the job done for what we need. Pune City has changed a lot since we were kids, and now it's all crowded. We try to keep things simple here. If you come by S No 33-2, you’ll probably see us moving crates around or arguing about which truck should go where first. It’s hard work, especially when the heat picks up in the afternoon. We don’t have fancy machines, just basic tools and some hands that aren't afraid of getting dirty. It feels right to be working with food and plants. Most days we just hope the power doesn't go out for too long. People ask what we do, and I just tell them we’re trying to make a living like everyone else in this part of Maharashtra.
