P L Shettigar

This is P L Shettigar. We are situated in the Camp area, specifically on 2nd B Cross. It's an old part of town with a lot of character. Our shop is small and tucked away on a side street. If you aren't looking for it, you might walk right past. We’ve been here for a long time, so the walls have some scuffs and the floor is a bit worn down. We don't mind it. It shows we’ve been working hard. Most of our day is spent handling requests from folks who live nearby. The street is usually narrow and can get blocked with delivery bikes. We have a small counter and some shelves in the back. It’s nothing like those big modern stores you see in the malls. We prefer it this way. It’s more personal. You get to know the people who come in. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when it’s slow. We don't have a website or fancy brochures. If people want to know what we do, they just come and ask. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can handle. It’s a simple life running a business in Camp. There’s always someone passing by or a bit of noise from the main road, but inside our little spot, we just focus on getting the work done right. We’ve had the same neighbors for twenty years and that makes the days go by much easier for everyone.
