Our school is right on the Pune Nashik Highway in Pimple Saudagar. If you know this area, you know how fast it has changed from being just fields to a place full of big apartment buildings and shops. The school is located in Vishwashanti Colony, and the noise from the highway is something we hear all day long. It is a busy spot, with a lot of parents dropping their kids off on their way to work in the nearby IT hubs. The building itself is a standard multistory structure, and we are always trying to find more space as the neighborhood grows. I usually spend my morning by the gate, watching the traffic and making sure the kids get inside safely. Inside, it is a bit of a maze with all the classrooms and the narrow stairs. We have a small playground, but it is nothing compared to the open spaces we used to have around here. The staff is mostly local, and we often have to deal with the dust from the ongoing construction nearby. We keep things pretty simple, focusing on the classes and the regular exams. It is not a quiet place, but it has a lot of energy. We just keep our heads down and do the work of running the school in the middle of all this growth.
