Metro English School

You can find Metro English School over at Karve Nagar, specifically in the Shree Suvarnaratna Gardens building. We are up on the 5th floor in unit C-502. Being in the Hingne Budrukh area of Pune means we are right in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The school is not a massive campus with fields; it is more of a compact space within the building. We have several classrooms where we teach English and other subjects to the local kids. It can get a bit tight in the hallways when classes change, but we manage. Most parents live in Shahu Colony or nearby, so they just walk their children over. We focus on the basics here. The teachers are hardworking and they know all the students by name. It is a very local feel. We do not have a big corporate office; it is just us teachers and the support staff making sure the school runs. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but we have grown used to it over the years. We keep our boards and desks as clean as we can. The noise of the city is always there in the background, but inside the classrooms, it is mostly just the sound of lessons. We just try to provide a steady place for learning in this part of Pune. It is a simple, everyday school for the community, and we keep things straightforward for the parents and students alike.
