Our office is over at P & O Nedlloyd It Services Pvt Ltd. We are based in the Sadafuli Cooperative Housing Society. It’s tucked away in Happy Colony, which is a part of Kothrud in Pune. It’s a bit unusual for an IT company to be in a housing society, but it actually works out quite well for us. It’s quiet and feels more like a home than a sterile office block. We do various IT services, mostly stuff that involves coding or managing servers. The name P & O Nedlloyd comes from back in the day, but now we just focus on the tech side of things. Kothrud is a great area, and 411038 is a busy pin code, but Happy Colony stays relatively peaceful. We have a few desks set up and some decent internet, which is all we really need to get the job done. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, or we see kids playing outside while we’re trying to fix a bug in the software. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don’t wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. We just sit in our chairs, drink some tea, and work through the tasks we have for the day. It’s a very local way of doing global work. We’ve been in Sadafuli for a while now and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon because we like the local feel.
