Ost Technologies

Ost Technologies is located in Pune, specifically in the 411052 area of Maharashtra. It is a busy part of the city, and we have been running things from here for a decent amount of time. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, computers, and quite a few wires running all over the floor. Most of the time, the team is just head-down, working on whatever project is currently on the table. We are not into the whole corporate culture thing with fancy lounges or catered lunches. We usually just grab something from the local place downstairs or bring a tiffin from home. Pune is known as a tech town, but we feel more like a local shop that just happens to work in technology. There is a lot of back and forth between us during the day to figure out various problems. Sometimes we get stuck on a bit of code or a technical issue, and we just sit around and talk it out until it is fixed. It is mostly quiet here except for the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We do not spend much time on long meetings that go nowhere. We would rather just finish the work and go home. The traffic in this part of India can be a real mess, so we try to be efficient with our time. It is just how we operate. Nothing too complicated, just a group of people doing a job.
