So, even though our name says Gurgaon, we are actually located in Pune. Our office is at 1119 B 7 in Shivaji Nagar, right in the Model Colony area. It is a bit of a mix-up that happens sometimes when people look us up, but we have been settled here in Pune for quite some time. Model Colony is a fairly nice area to be in, with lots of trees and a bit of a slower pace compared to the really industrial parts of the city. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard block where we get our daily tasks done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on our computers, coordinating different things. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of paper on most desks and probably too many empty tea cups sitting around by the end of the afternoon. We don’t really follow a strict corporate dress code or have those big motivational posters on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done for the day, and then head out. The Pune weather is usually decent, which makes the commute a bit better, though Shivaji Nagar can get pretty crowded during the peak hours. We’ve got a small group of people here who have been working together for a long time, so we don’t need to explain much to each other.
