Os2I is located in a place called Shahtaj, which is 34/B in the New Era Society near Market Yard. It’s a good location because we are close to the main market area but still tucked away in a residential society. Our office is a bit different from the usual commercial spaces you see. It feels more like a house because it basically is one. We like it that way because it doesn't feel so stiff and formal. We have our desks spread out and there’s usually a pile of folders on every available surface. We do our work, talk to our clients, and try to stay on top of everything without making it too complicated. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with a TV. If you come to see us, you just walk in and one of us will pull up a chair for you. We’ve been in Pune for a long time and we understand how things work here. Market Yard is always busy, so we get a lot of that energy filtering through, even in our quieter society. We aren't trying to win any awards for our office decor or our corporate strategy. We just want to provide a decent service and keep our heads down. It’s a straightforward approach that seems to work for everyone involved. We’re just local people doing our bit every day from this small office.
