We are Os2I, and we’re based in Pune. We don't have a long, complicated address listed here, just the city, which is where we’ve set up our shop. Most of what we do involves helping other businesses with their back-office work or IT needs. It’s the kind of stuff that has to happen so everything else runs smoothly, even if nobody notices it until something goes wrong. We’re a small team, and we spend a lot of time in front of our monitors. The office vibe is pretty quiet most of the time, except when we’re debating where to order lunch from. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of awards on the wall. We just have our desks and our knowledge of how these systems work. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find a rhythm in it. Pune is a great place to be for this kind of work because there are so many people doing similar things, but we try to keep it personal. When you call us, you aren't going through five different menus; you just talk to one of us. We aren't interested in being the next big thing. We just want to keep the lights on and keep our clients happy by doing what we said we’d do. It’s as simple as that for us. We just show up, do the tasks, and make sure the data is right.
