Os2I (Outsourcing 2 India)

Our office is located in Warje, specifically inside the Aditya Garden City complex. We are in Building 2H, up on the second floor in Flat 24. It is a residential complex, so we are always surrounded by families and the sounds of everyday life. We do outsourcing work, which mostly means we handle projects for people who are not actually located in India. It involves a lot of data, plenty of emails, and making sure everything matches up correctly. We have a small group of people who come in every day to sit at their monitors and work through the tasks. The view from the balcony is alright, mostly just other buildings and the garden area where people walk. Warje is growing very fast, so there is always some new shop or stall popping up nearby. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anything like that to greet people. You just walk in and see everyone busy at their stations. It is a relaxed atmosphere, but we keep ourselves busy. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all have to wait around, which is frustrating, but it is just part of the deal. We chose this spot because it is a bit away from the main city chaos of Pune. Most of us live nearby, so it is a short trip to get to the office every morning. It is just a practical way to run things.
